CONSUMER LAW GROUP has filed a Canadian class action lawsuit against Fisher-Price and Mattel on behalf of individuals who own a Trike, Rampway, Infant Toy with an Inflatable Ball, or High Chair which were to a recalled on September 29th and 30th 2010.
The class action litigation involves inherent hidden defects with rendered these products unsafe for children and cause injuries such as cuts, bruises, bleeding, broken teeth and choking due to protruding objects (i.e. pegs, keys, wheels, and valves).
