All residents in Canada who purchased and/or otherwise acquired a Trike, Rampway, Infant Toy with an Inflatable Ball, and/or High Chair which were subject to a recall on September 29th and 30th 2010 and/or who are the parents and/or legal guardians of minor children that have used and/or been injured by a Trike, Rampway, Infant Toy with an Inflatable Ball, and/or High Chair which were subject to a recall on September 29th and 30th 2010 are encouraged to sign up for this class action in order to receive compensation.
